Some things are just built to last. It's a common complaint from anyone over 30: "They don't built 'em like they used to." And every once in a while, you get a story or testimony that backs it up. Which is what I ran across the other day. Apparently a guy has a 1966 Volvo that has 3,273,895 miles on it. He claims that: "Everything is 100 percent. It has never broken down and it always starts right up no matter how hot or cold it is outside." That's a pretty good testimonial for Volvo. On that note, we've done a podcast that covers BOTH testimonials & cars where we further investigate this interesting form of social proof: http://bizdevshots.com/podcast-how-testimonials-are-like-driving-a-fancy-car/ Here's to using tried and true methods to promote your biz, Matt Hardy BizDevShots Podcast BossInternetMarketing.com
