Desperation has finally set in. Inmates have been receiving photos soaked in a certain drug. Officials in a Virginian jail picked up on a new fad where inmates began chewing on photos and quickly discovered what was really going on. This has led to a ban on incoming photos for prisoners. Gotta give them credit for ingenious delivery. They took something common, added a unique twist to it and cashed in. Kinda like in biz - you can use basic ads that get you nowhere.
