How would you like this to happen to you? A few days ago in downtown Turkey in a district popular with tourists, 2 buildings spontaneously collapsed. One minute it was business as normal, the next everything comes crashing down. Luckily, they said nobody was hurt. I'm not sure how that's possible, but that's what they're claiming at the moment. Turkish authorities said that both buildings were closed for construction. It seems to beg the question - doesn't construction usually involve BUILDING or reinforcing things? If they were set for demolition the fact that they came down wouldn't have been a surprise, would it? But it can be like this in business - on the outside everything looks fine. The next - the business is laying dead in a heap of rubble, while everyone else stands around wondering how it happened. The number one reason for business failure? A lack of capital.
